“I have worked with Dawn on the floor and for her company, Altruistic. I am a Travel Nurse(RN) from Florida. I had a prison contract in Virginia and that's how we met.
One night, about 2 hours after her shift should have been over, we worked a code together. She ran it perfectly and refused to give up long after I was exhausted and EMS arrived. She never gave up! She was always kind and understanding. When situations came up, Dawn would educate me instead of making me feel bad.
I decided to sign on with Altruistic for my next contract and had the smoothest transition from one company to another, to date. During this time Dawn checked on me regularly to see how I was doing with genuine concern. I, personally, never have felt as important as I did while working with Altruistic. I wish that she did out of state contracts because I would never leave her company. Please start doing out of state contracts!
