2024 Nurse of the Year Awards

It is my honor to announce the Altruistic Health Services Nurse of the Year Awards!

These ladies have exhibited emotional strength, demonstrated resilience and have had the ability to care while maintaining professional boundaries. They also have been competent team members and clinical nurses. The recipients have worked and/or completed several contracts at multiple facilities within the last year.

All three ladies have provided professional, competent care and have shown the willingness to help new and old staff alike!

Sincerely

2023 Nurse of the Year Awards

It is my honor to announce the Altruistic Health Services' Nurses of the Year awards!

The recipients have been stellar employees, team members and nurses. Both have near to no absences for the year. They have worked and completed several contracts without incident. Ms. Karimah has worked at multiple facilities to include the correctional sector and the Community Service Board clinics holding roles of Charge/Supervisor and preceptor. Both nurses have had exceptional remarks being relayed from  facility administrators. Over the course of the year these ladies not only worked their required hours but have consistently aided in assisting with additional shifts, working well over 3,000 hours each. Both Karimah and Debra have  provided professional, competent health care, great personalities  and willingness to help new staff! Another special attribute that these two ladies hold is that they are our 1st mother-daughter nurse duo! Their work ethic is second to none as well!

I would like to thank both for being amazing representations of Team Altru and for their dedication to our mission!

Sincerely

2022 Nurse of the Year Awards

It is my honor to announce the Altruistic Health Services Nurse of the Year Awards!

The recipients have been stellar employees, team members and nurses. Both have near to no absences for the year. They have worked and/or completed several contracts at multiple facilities with exceptional remarks being relayed from  facility administrators. Over the course of the year these ladies not only worked their required hours but have consistently aided in assisting with additional shifts. Both independently working well over 2,000 hours. Renee and Ciarra have mastered my phrases "get in, where you fit in" and "the facility will ask for you by name" as evidenced by melting into their facilities, providing professional competent health care and even orienting new staff!

I would like to thank you both for being amazing representations of Team Altru and your dedication to our mission!

Please join me in congratulating both Renee Ingram, RN and Ciarra Webb, LPN  in receiving such a prestigious honor!

Sincerely
